In the past few weeks, the immigration community has received numerous reports regarding fraudulent USCIS fee/address search results. When conducting Google Chrome searches for USCIS “fee schedule” or “direct I-129 filing addresses”, the websites showing at the top of the search results appear legitimate but only led to fraudulent websites after clicking the links, which triggers a malware warning for phishing. USCIS could not provide a reason for the issues with Google Chrome searches at this time but confirmed that the search engine works properly on their end. Petition/Application filers are encouraged to use USCIS.gov directly when searching for specific forms, fees, or filing address.
